Maple Hill Apiaries Raw Honey

Our Pure Vermont Raw Honey comes from Maple Hill Apiary located just down the road from the farm. Harvested straight from the hive, it is strained and bottled to retain most of its beneficial nutrients and antioxidants. Our honey has never been heated or processed. Some crystallization is normal, to re-liquify simply place the jar in warm water, do not microwave. Enjoy a teaspoon of honey in your tea to soothe a sore throat. Drizzle it over your favorite cheese for a decadent nibble, or use as a substitute for refined sugar in baked goods. Because honey is sweeter than sugar, the rule of thumb is ¾ cup honey for every cup of sugar.
