Refund policy

A full refund is available for orders that are canceled prior to being shipped. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any shipped products. If your product arrived damaged, we ask that you contact us within 5 business days of receiving your syrup so we can file an insurance claim with the US Post Office. We will need photo documentation of the damaged product including the tracking number on the package. In the meantime, we will ship out your replacement syrup at no charge to you.
